Batavia VA Hospital

Resetarits Construction provided services to construct a new elevator and handicap accessible route to one of the historic buildings of the Batavia Veterans Administrative complex. Referred to as Building #3, the building was constructed as a hospital and later converted into offices. The new addition is respectful to the traditional colonial revival campus architecture.

The project also included all services necessary for the renovation of the ground floor for additional office space and new elevator lobbies at each level of the three story building. Trades employed include sitework, foundations, masonry, carpentry, drywall, elevator, electrical, heating, plumbing, painting, roofing, and landscaping.
