The Lavender Field Apartments by Regan Development in Bloomfield, CT are state-of-the-art, energy-efficient apartments. These residences allow for a comfortable, yet stylish lifestyle in the lovely city of Bloomfield.

Resetarits Construction has worked with Regan Development on many apartment construction projects over the years, both in the Western New York area and even a few projects, like this one, in Connecticut.

The team at RCC helped coordinate every aspect of this project from start to finish. The scope of work involved everything from concrete, carpentry, plumbing, electrical, and HVAC to roofing, painting, and other finishing.

All of The Lavender Field Apartments feature spacious kitchens, living spaces with decorator hard surface flooring, modern bathrooms, spacious bedrooms, large closets, and individual resident-controlled Energy Star heating and air conditioning.
