Resetarits Construction completed the new Fleet Service Facility for West Herr Chevrolet in Hamburg, expanding the dealership’s ability to service commercial vehicles with a purpose-built maintenance and repair operation. Designed to support the demands of fleet customers, the new facility provides an efficient workflow for technicians while creating dedicated spaces for customer service, parts operations, and administrative staff.
The approximately 5,600-square-foot building features a spacious service department with oversized service bays, a dedicated parts counter, tool room, oil and compressor room, customer waiting area, offices, employee break room, locker facilities, and support spaces designed to maximize productivity and operational efficiency. The building was constructed as a modern steel-framed commercial facility with new mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, and site infrastructure systems engineered specifically for automotive repair operations.
In addition to the building construction, the project included comprehensive site development, paving, utility work, drainage improvements, landscaping, and exterior lighting to create a fully functional fleet service campus. Careful coordination between structural, architectural, and MEP trades ensured the facility met the operational requirements of a modern dealership while providing long-term durability and efficiency.
