The West Seneca location is a new ground-up, approximately 1,730-square-foot quick-lube service facility designed to provide efficient vehicle maintenance through multiple drive-through service bays. The building incorporates specialized systems for used oil collection, bulk oil storage, spill containment, ventilation, and equipment installation, all carefully coordinated to meet environmental, operational, and safety requirements unique to automotive service facilities.
The project included complete building construction, architectural finishes, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and structural systems, as well as extensive site development to support customer circulation, utility infrastructure, parking, landscaping, and exterior lighting. Throughout construction, Resetarits worked closely with the owner, design team, and specialty equipment vendors to ensure every component met Take 5’s operational standards and accelerated project schedule.
